amazing palazzo stay!

the room they gave me was enormous. the walls had frescoes, the ceilings were super decorative. the location rocks, it's close to the city center and even closer to ponte vecchio! lots of restaurants and shops are nearby too.

i did not like the hotel says parking is close with valet service. but when i asked the valet dude, he couldn't talk english. he tried to say the garage was like, five kilometers away!

I appreciated the staff's really good kindness and helpfulness. the air conditioning worked wonderfully, so important. i found my room spacious and clean. It was a great pleasure. the location suited my plans very well. I could walk to everything i wanted to see.

The lighting in the room was somewhat dim. Better lighting could easily improve the space.

the place was close to ponte vecchio. you just walk a bit and you're there.

A strong smell bothered me. i think it was because the building is old, but it was almost unbearable. plus, the air conditioning wasn't strong, so the room never got cold. lighting was bad too. The room was too dark for me.
