Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at this hotel was in a superb old Italian palazzo in the centre of Florence. The rooms had 2 small bathroom windows, but no screens, which led to a mosquito problem. However, the location was fantastic and conveniently close to major attractions, restaurants, and away from the crowds in Santo Spirito.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely stunning. The rooms were breathtakingly beautiful and exactly as I had imagined. The street outside was lively but not too noisy, offering a great atmosphere. The service was excellent, with helpful staff providing fantastic recommendations. The location was ideal, within walking distance of all the tourist attractions, though some improvements could be made for a more secure presence. The dining experience was good but slightly limited, and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel is perfectly located in the historic quarter of Florence, offering spacious and luxurious rooms with some slight disappointments in layout. The service is exceptional, with knowledgeable and accommodating staff. The dining experience, while somewhat limited, still manages to be enjoyable. Overall, a great value for a stay in this prime location.
I found this hotel to be a charming place with beautifully decorated rooms in true Italian style. The location was perfect for exploring historical sites, although the dining options were limited. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were amazing, close to Pont Vecchio and the gateway into the old city, dating back hundreds of years. The service was exceptional with professional, polite, and extremely helpful staff. The location was convenient, walking distance to various attractions, and in a fascinating area of town. The dining offered a small European breakfast and the facilities were top-notch.
Stepping into this old palazzo hotel was like entering a museum; the rooms were huge, ornate, and made us feel like royalty. The staff treated us with the utmost care and attention, enhancing our experience. The included breakfast was a nice touch, and the spacious rooms with high ceilings and stunning frescos on the walls added to the charm. However, the dining options did not reflect the overall quality of the hotel.
